Jared knew all the right questions to ask and when to push the seller for a better deal. He helped us see the big picture and take all things into consideration. Great location, but small dark kitchen? Knock out one cabinet and suddenly the kitchen is open to the dining room! Great yard but no courtyard? You can put one in for about $$$ and still be within budget! It's good to have a realtor with imagination when you know you can't afford a turn-key house.
