Great agent! Would recommend to anyone. James helped a friend of mine buy properties and he did an excellent job. When it was my turn to buy a property I reached out to him. He did an outstanding job again. James has his clients' best interests in mind. For example, he found an issue with the property I was buying that the inspector missed. This allowed us to negotiate a better price when buying the property.

I also hired him to be the mortgage broker. He found a lender that was able to process my mortgage quickly and efficiently compared to some local banks. Some of his best qualities are that he is knowledgeable, fast and very responsive. Additionally, he stayed ahead of the mortgage process and knew what was coming down the road. He was always available for me to ask questions and get a better understanding of the process.

One of James' biggest goals is to make his clients happy. He would remind me of that as he worked diligently to get us to closing. This helped me feel confident during the process. Working together we were able to close on the property quickly and efficiently. I plan to invest in more properties in the future and I will be using him again. I definitely recommend James.
