First and foremost Jasmeen listens. Jasmeen took the time to engage me in conversation about my wants and goals. Truly listened and applied what she heard when picking properties to show me. Jasmeen kept those goals in mind and with her knowledge, correctly gave me the pros and cons of each property.
Jasmeen works hard. Even in a tight market she monitored the new listings and gave me many "first looks" listings. Always available, made me feel as if I were her only buyer (I was not). Jasmeen made herself available for questions and either had the answer right then or would research and get back to me in a timely manner.
Just a Great Agent and a true peasure to work with!

Jasmeen was absolutely the best! Our purchase was smooth and we close right on time! She was totally professional, extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and on top of the process leaving no stone unturned. The market was crazy and outrageously competitive at the time.
