Jason was very patient and greatly motivated to get me into a house that was right for me. Supply of good, affordable homes was very limited during the pandemic, but Jason kept an eye out for anything that might be acceptable and was very open in getting us in as soon as possible in a safe manner. I would recommend any person to have Jason Hayes to help them get into a home.

Our home had been for sale for several years and through prayer we were directed to Jason Hayes. We did not know Jason or any of his credentials however we trusted God so Jason's background was not important to us. After the closing on Monday, I told Jason that over the years we have bought and sold numerous properties and that He, Jason, was the most professional and best realtor that we had ever worked with. However that did not come as a surprise to us, as we did not expect God to lead us to the wrong realtor only to the perfect realtor!

I hope never to have to do the whole VA mortgage loan application again. The only thing that made it bearable was Jason Hayes assistance. Mr. Hayes was polite and respectful of the restrictions due to the covid-19 situation while we were trying to purchase and close on this property. We have other properties and will be definitely calling on Mr. Hayes in the future for his assistance.
