I’m Jason Whiting, a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Midwest Realty. Sioux Falls has been home to me since I was eight years old. I’ve watched this community grow and change, which has given me a strong understanding of the neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and people that make Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities great places to call home.

My approach to real estate is simple: relationships first, transactions second.

Before real estate, I spent 15 years in education as a teacher, coach, and school administrator. Those experiences taught me how to listen, educate, communicate, negotiate, solve problems, and remain steady when situations become complicated. Those same skills are at the heart of how I represent my clients today.
