Jeffrey did a great job helping to navigate selling a condo and dealing with a difficult financing product from the buyer. Would recommend. In fact, using him again to sell our main home.

I felt that Jeffrey was a real partner in my home search. Not only did he listen, respect my time and was able to provide architectural insight (as he has a background in architecture and engineering)...he also has a robust list of resources that I found very helpful. I was already pre-approved for my mortgage but did not have a lawyer or an interior designer...and he was able to help with that. Plus, he is professional and just pleasant to work with...and real Chicagoan (his knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods was impressive) I would definitely recommend him to any serious home buyer.

Jeff was fantastic at working on finding my husband and I an apartment. I personally was searching for an apartment over three months before I contacted Jeff. Once I started working with Jeff I had an apartment with in two weeks that met all of our needs. The neighborhood is fantastic and I would have never found my apartment complex if it wasn't for Jeff.

Jeff was a very attentive to my needs. He listened to what I was looking for in a home and what price range I had to work with. Often times he helped me think out of box about what exactly I wanted and was likely to find. Her was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and worked with my schedule to view potential homes. Not only did he help me find my home (which I am extremely happy with and has everything I was looking for) but I would consider him a friend after it was all said and done. He was extremely patient with me, as it took a year to find the right home. I would highly recommend Jeff to aid you in finding your new home or any other real estate needs.
