Absolutely the best agent we’ve ever worked with (over 15 homes). She counseled us on the pros & cons of each area in the greater Traverse City area. We were ultimately outbid on two, then a bad inspection on one, Jen counseled us in each instance. Knows her stuff business-wise, fought for us during a negotiation, goes above and beyond every time, and…she’s cool.

Jennifer did an awesome job with representing us with the selling of our home. She checked out comp houses near and helped set a purchase price. She was involved, checked in regularly, was quick to respond and even communicated with the realtor for our purchasing property. I would highly recommend her.

We were out of state buyers and Jennifer answered her phone at midnight when we called to inquire about a property! Talk about responsiveness! A+ Jennifer made the our experience very smooth especially being located in CA. She took amazing walk thru videos for us and assisted with helping us get familiar with our new neighborhood. I’m proud to call Jennifer my friend now! Highly recommend!

I sold my home in December of 2022 with Jennifer Edson. I was utterly disappointed with the service and the lack of help received from Jennifer in the process of selling my home. A few problems I had were as follows:

-MLS listing contained spelling errors and pictures of a house that was not mine
-When an offer was on the table I could not get a hold of Jennifer; she said she was unreachable because she “didn't have her phone with her”
-Lack of expertise, professionalism and overall effort

I write this review as a word of caution to future buyers and sellers so that they may not have the same poor experience that I did.
