Seeing her mother accomplish her lifelong dream of owning a home ignited Jessica's interest in real estate. Born and raised in the Raleigh area, Jess began her career in real estate a few years ago. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Her dedication to clients and her love of helping others motivate her the most. Naturally, Jess loves the city vibes, especially the designs of downtown architecture in the newly developed Downtown Raleigh and Durham. An entrepreneur of sorts, Jess graduated from Strayer University with a degree in Business and is also licensed in Esthetics, where she remains a loyal advocate of beauty and skincare. In her free time, Jess enjoys browsing new properties, reading, and exercising. As a long-time Raleigh resident, she and her beautiful children enjoy exploring the city and previewing beautiful homes for potential clients!

It's too late to write a review on an agent 1 and a half years after purchasing the home but I still wanted to do it because she deserves it and other home buyers should also know about how good Jessica is. I'd recommend her to anyone buying/selling a house in the Triangle Area of NC covering Raleigh and surrounding areas.
Let me put forward why I think Jessica is one of the best in her industry. First of all, she's not pushy. You don't feel you are rushing with her. She gives you enough time from showing the properties to discussing all the pros and cons diligently to making a decision. You, as a customer, feel that she's working on your behalf and not against you!
She's also very passionate and hard-working. She even showed us 4 properties back to back on the same day. Because of my work schedule, she even happily showed me properties late in the evening with her newborn!
She goes the extra mile to make sure you are getting the best price. She negotiated the price successfully
