This was our second time working with Mary and both experiences we're phenomenal to say the least. When purchasing our first home, she took the time to explain the process end to end and guided us step by step as we closed on our new home (and she had the patience to answer all of my trivial and excessive questions! C'mon, I was a first time home buyer). As our family grew and we looked to purchase our "forever" home, there was no question as who was the right person to help us. Mary helped us juggle the difficult task of selling and buying a home simultaneously. She negotiated great deals on both fronts. We were more than thrilled with the profit and ease of selling our first home and had a seamless experience in purchasing and negotiating terms on our new home. If we ever move again (I made my wife promise this would be our 10 year home at LEAST, fingers crossed) I know exactly who to call.
