Inventory in Napa has expanded in the latest rolling three-month window, with active listings up modestly from a year ago to 455. Homes sold increased about one-third year over year, and pending sales also climbed solidly. New listings, though, are slightly below last year, suggesting more of the available homes are moving through the pipeline rather than simply adding to supply.
