I met JP as he was showing a house for one of his clients. Right away I appreciated his welcoming personality and straight answers. A month later, I asked him to help me out in my search for a home. JP was very responsive and patient with me. He has a really good feel for the market and great suggestions. For example, we submitted an offer for a property and the seller’s agent tried to bully us to raise our offer (because of other offers, allegedly). JP’s intuition was that there were no other offers and he was absolutely right!!! I ended up buying another property where something similar happened and we held tight and I got the price I wanted. As a first time buyer, I was intimidated with the closing process but JP was on top of it and explained everything very well and it all went smoothly. I will definitely work with JP again.
