I can say enough good things about Jodi. Her local knowledge is top notch and helped me quickly find the right home for me. Her vast experience in the myriad of procedural hurdles is second to none. She was able to guide me away from potential pitfalls and handled all the details in a professional manner. Her responsiveness is outstanding. She will return your calls promptly and will follow through with your requests -- day or night, rain or shine. I also have to put a plug in for her negotiation abilities. She was able negotiate a better price for my home and came up with creative solutions to problems along the way. I highly recommend Jodi and you will not be served by a better agent!

Jodi was an invaluable resource & guide to our Chaffee County house purchase & remains so many months later! If anyone reading this review is wondering whether they need a local real estate expert representing their interests & facilitating the sale or purchase of their house or property in the Chaffee and Lake County Colorado areas, I will give you my thoughts after recently going through the process as an out-of-the-area buyer trying to find and close on the right mountain house. While online services (e.g. Zillow) allow you to see and research online properties available in the Salida, Buena Vista, Poncha Springs, Nathrop and Leadville areas, there are tremendous gaps in knowledge that only a true local expert can help you understand. Jodi is that true expert & we found her to be a highly ethical. I would without hesitation again engage Jodi to assist with buying property, regardless of whether her compensation was a shared seller commission or paid by us!
