I got involved in real estate after a very successful career in the RF and Microwave Industry. I moved back to my hometown of Placerville in 2016 and began learning the industry as a TC (Transaction Coordinator), having done over 450 escrows. In 2018 I got my Real Estate license and began helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals in buying and selling their homes. I typically do 8-15 real estate transactions per year, on top of my TC business. This allows me to focus on my clients' needs without having to prioritize other transactions. I have had good success in negotiations for my clients, and typically offer my buyers a Home Warranty upon closing. I have extensive experience both with first time buyers as well as the senior community, as I have an established relationship with the owners of a local Senior Mobile Home community.
