Your service provided me with a professional agent who fulfilled all of my home selling needs. John Collins was the best. He assessed the value of my home, suggesting that my estimate would leave money in the table. His assessment was a full 50k higher than one of the real estate competitors whose assessment was 25K lower that my original target price. His knowledge of the area, home prices and marketing was the key to a successful sale.
