We have been selling homes full-time for 15 years and take our fiduciary duty seriously, continually working to protect our clients' money. We consider a house both a home and a financial asset that helps people grow wealth over time. We assess each property and discuss ways to make it as appealing as possible for minimal investment in order to achieve the best return. When selling, we transform the house you live in into a property for sale and showcase it to ensure you reap the maximum benefit. If the seller prefers to list the property as-is and has no desire to make changes, we assist with staging to enhance its presentation. We have invested in staging furniture that we provide to our clients at no additional cost.

We have three offices located in Millersville, Severna Park, and Chester, which enables our team to effectively serve both sides of the bridge. Our son David has recently joined the family business, which greatly increases our availability to show properties. We sell several homes each month, in contrast to the average agent who sells several homes per year. This distinction sets us apart, as we possess more experience in selling homes and addressing our clients' unique challenges.
