Hello, future clients. I'm Joshua Barker, a multi-million dollar producing Real Estate Professional serving the entire Metro Atlanta area. As a local expert with more than 240 sales, I've been helping families find and sell their dream homes since 2005. I specialize in educating, listening, and executing for my clients, who include but are not limited to sellers, downsizers, first-time buyers, investors, veterans, and relocators, just to name a few. I'm also a Certified Home Inspector and have experience in property preservation. When I'm not doing what I love—helping clients—I enjoy living life. I love to have fun, travel, enjoy sports, attend museums and musical concerts, and try out new restaurants and adventures with my wife.
