We hired Glen and Premier Homes Team to sell our home in Eastlake because we were also trying to coordinate the purchase of our next house. The timing was probably the biggest thing we were worried about because we didn't want to end up owning two homes or having nowhere to go between transactions. From the beginning Glen explained the different options available to us and helped us come up with a plan that made sense. He also gave us very specific recommendations on what to do before listing the house and, just as important, what wasn't worth spending money on. Once the property went on the market the communication was excellent. We were kept updated on showings, buyer feedback and activity in the neighborhood. When we received offers, Glen went through each one carefully and helped us understand not just the price but the loan, down payment, contingencies and timing. Once we accepted an offer there were a few issues with inspections and the buyer's requests. Glen handled the negotiations and helped us separate the reasonable items from the things that weren't really our responsibility. At the same time he was helping us coordinate everything with our new home so the two transactions worked together. We've bought and sold real estate before and the biggest difference with Glen was how involved he stayed throughout the entire process.
