The only "award" I strive for is a happy buyer or seller. My clients always receive an incentive if they buy and sell with me, and if I come across a new build with a buyer's transaction assistance, I will always share that benefit.

I stand out from my peers because I am willing to work with lower budget buyers. I remember being a lower budget buyer myself, and I experienced agents who either tried to push me to spend more or made me feel like I was a drain on their time.
