For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $367,000 in Fort Bend County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $357,000 in December.

Weston Lakes had 5 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 29—down 14.71% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.

Of those 29 active listings, 24.14% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Weston Lakes grew 1.83% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $719,900.
