In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in 5k and 10k races for charity, golfing, and socializing with friends. My family and I also enjoy volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and the Humane Society.

She has been with us since purchasing our previous home. She knows us well, she's like family, and that is helpful throughout the process. When we had issues with document signing, she got us through, she was a terrific mediator with the seller's agent and the closing company. I would trust her with anything dealing with real estate, she knows her stuff!

Julie was awesome and helpful in every possible way, she planned whole day showing us 15-16 different homes we were interested in. She even met with the home inspectors instead of us while we were out of state. She knew everything about the neighborhoods and local amenities we were interested in. Thanks Julie!!!
Julie has helped me sell my house, and she did a fantastic job. We ended up selling my house in 17 Days!! She was great and listened to what her client wanted , needed and had set as their ultimate goal.

Julie kept me up to date on any new request, paperwork or situation when it came to the purchase of my Condo. I was introduced to Julie G. Powell, via a property inquiry on Zillow. She quickly made contact with me, introduced herself and immediately set up an appointment to view the property I was interested in. Although I decided not to pursue the property, I immediately decided to stay with Julie, in not only possibly purchasing my future Condo, but also in assisting me to sell my house (which I was planning to put on the market). Her personality and knowledge was a big part in making that decision, but the fact that she listens to her customers wants, needs & wishes definitely confirmed that she was the realtor I wanted to work with.
Julie was outstanding. I sold my house in 17 days, and the communication she had with me during each step of the sale was excellent. If I had any question, she either quickly explained it to me or quickly had a solution for it. She truly cares for her customers wishes, wants and concerns.
