This is our fifth house that we have owned in several states. Buying and selling is not easy. It is so important that the realtor know the area well because I did not. From the onset of our move to TN, Julie was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She was timely with house suggestions and had excellent advice on buying in this current market. She handled an inspection issue that could have been a problem but she was so professional the seller offered to fix the problem which they were not obligated to do. Julie facilitated the entire process. We have now closed the sale. Julie is the best realtor we have ever worked with and I would highly recommend her knowledge and skills.

Julie was an invaluable resource during the move from IL. She was persistent and thorough in getting a clear picture of what types of properties were of interest (location, prices and styles). She was very responsive to all questions and requests and a great source of info on neighborhoods, and activities in those areas.
A couple of things were particularly appreciated: if she didn’t know the answer to a question she would say so and then follow up; usually within a day. Additionally, she was not afraid to be blunt about a particular house not being a good fit, or having a problem that a client would not see.
And finally, Julie is good at focusing on the client. It was easy to think she had no other clients because of her focus and attention. And that extended beyond just the house sale, she was a great source of info on movers, utilities, schools, parks, activities, etc.
I highly recommend Julie as an agent and guide to all things related to a move.

I’ve bought and sold real estate a few times now and Julie is by far the best agent we’ve ever worked with. She is very proactive about pulling comps, soil maps, getting information. Julie is very responsive and always jumps right on it when we need anything. She is very sweet so people enjoy working with her, but she’s also assertive, so we felt like she was a great advocate for us. We will definitely be working with Julie again in the future!

Julie was great! We relocated from a job in another country to a new state. She was able to show us many houses via FaceTime and work around our availability to be state side. This was extremely helpful. She listened to all our wants and needs and was able to provide us with great options to choose from. She was very knowledgeable and professional and we are very happy with our new home and our new city!
