This is our fifth house that we have owned in several states. Buying and selling is not easy. It is so important that the realtor know the area well because I did not. From the onset of our move to TN, Julie was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She was timely with house suggestions and had excellent advice on buying in this current market. She handled an inspection issue that could have been a problem but she was so professional the seller offered to fix the problem which they were not obligated to do. Julie was an invaluable resource during the move from IL. She was persistent and thorough in getting a clear picture of what types of properties were of interest (location, prices and styles). She was very responsive to all questions and requests and a great source of info on neighborhoods, and activities in those areas.
A couple of things were particularly appreciated: if she didn’t know the answer to a question she would say so and then follow up; usually within a day. Additionally, she was not afraid to be blunt about a particular house not being a good fit, or having a problem that a client would not see.
And finally, Julie is good at focusing on the client. It was easy to think she had no other clients because of her focus and attention. And that extended beyond just the house sale, she was a great source of info on movers, utilities, schools, parks, activities, etc.
I highly recommend Julie as an agent and guide to all things related to a move.
