Justin Bailing isn’t your namby pamby part time, my spouse has got a full time job, kind of agent. He is a full time dedicated sales professional. I buy all of my properties though Justin. He can sometimes be an ass to other agents to get a deal to close but damnit that’s the kind of agent I need. I want someone who will fight for me and get the deals closed.

We met with 3 other agents, and we were worried that all agents were only concerned with “making the sale.” Justin was NOT like that at all! He actually listened to what we said, and allowed us plenty of time to search and think about what we actually wanted. He was always honest and made sure we saw the little things that we would have missed. I am glad we met him, and will recommend him to our friends and family.

Justin Bailey did a great job of selecting the appropriate listing price of my house to drive interest and ultimately secure a contract at very near asking. As is not unusual, unfortunately, a number of issues came up following inspection. This is where Justin really shined. He kept us calm and used his network of trusted contractors to resolve every issue that came up in a timely and cost-effective manner, and ultimately got us to the finish line.

Justin Baily is an excellent agent. We were initially contacted by him about some other property that we were thinking of selling. My mother died and our family had to deal with her house in West Pelzer. We renovated the house prior to selling and Justin was very accessible and an informative resource during this process. He gave us great advice on what kinds of renovations would be most advantageous. When the time came to sell the property, we were able to sell the property quickly and for a very good price . I have dealt with Justin Bailey on the sale of a few properties. He is easy to deal with. He communicates well. In the past I have dealt with realtors, who list and forget and wait on someone else to bring a buyer. This is NOT the case with Justin. He has been actively involved with every property I have listed with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great service, we where not sure about the right location of our new home, Justin took the time to show us several properties in different areas and school districts, was able to find HOAs rules and regulations for all of them, even maps about the neighborhoods, lots and more, it took a minute for us to decide which property to buy and Justin was very professional. He help through the process, very knowledgeable.

Justin Bailey did an awesome job selling our home. My wife and I were a little apprehensive at first because Justin wanted to list the home significantly higher the the other 3 agents we had look at it. In the end, we sold the house for more than any of the other agents' proposed selling price. He knew the market and did an excellent job of keeping our expectations in check. Even though we were selling over Thanksgiving and Christmas and showing by appointment only due to multiple dogs, it sold in under 12 weeks.
