Work with Justin Bailey and you will NOT be disappointed! I didn't "know him from Adam" before I started working with him to make an offer on a property. That didn't pan out for us, but he was so phenomenal in every interaction I had with him that I knew I wanted to work with him again. I am an investor so finding a good agent is a big deal!

I could list strength after strength of his, but most importantly to me is responsiveness and receiving updates - even when the update is that there is no update. He's the quickest to respond that I have EVER dealt with. Never left us hanging for even a second and gave us updates even without us needing to ask.

I wouldn't look elsewhere if someone paid me to!

Justin Bailey is just a very approachable agent. He's courteous and knowledgeable and I don't think there is anything that can upset him. I was dealing with Justin for almost a year. In that time my wife and I got very close to Justin and his wife. They were more like friends than real estate agents. My older brother told me to be careful of real estate agents because they will tell you anything to get the sale. He also said it's hard to find one you can really trust. Maybe this is true of some but Justin did not hesitate to tell me if he did not think any of the houses we looked at were not good enough for me and my wife. Everything with this firm was handled as good as could be expected and Justin Is trustworthy ,friendly and knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else when dealing with real estate in this area. In closing I would like to say that my brother even told me he was impressed. He has bought and sold probably 15 houses in his life and if anyone knows he does. Thank you, Gerald Barnett

The biggest reason we chose Justin was because he contacted me regarding our home we had forsale by owner at the time. He offered to share with me the comps & other information regarding our home even if we didn't use him. I explained that my husband didn't want to pay a realitor etc. but I would discuss the info with him & let Justin know what was decided. We ended up hiring him because he wasn't pushy or salesie AT ALL, he was laid back, honest, dependable, knowledgeable & willing to execute our wishes. I appreciated the fact that at the time he called, it was a "no" from us & he wasn't rude or disrespectful to me in anyway like others had been. In the end, we made the right decision to tell the others "no" & hire Justin. We can never thank him enough for all the hard work & hours put in to sell our home. We will be recommending him to our family & friends in the future!
