Ms. Kalica gave me an amazing home buying experience from beginning to the very end! I lived out of state during the process, and she viewed several communities for me (sending video footage as well), when i was unable to come in person. I gave her my list of must haves, and my home checks all of the boxes, with the price I was willing to pay, largely due to her expert negotiation skills. Ms. Kalica throughly explained everything to me, even going as far as reading paperwork that had to be docusigned line by line so that I understood what it was. I had a million questions during the process, and she had a million and one answers. We talked on a daily basis and she never made me feel like a burden. I have been in my home for almost 10 months now, and I still give her a call for recommendations and advice as a new home owner.
