Karen Cynowa was my real estate agent for a new construction home that I had built in Charlotte at the Palisades. What was particularly significant was that I lived out of state throughout the majority of the building process. Karen took it upon herself to oversee the various stages of the building process. The construction company made weekly calls to inform me of the progress on the home and Karen insisted that she be on each and every one of the calls so she could monitor the progress. The builder said that most realtors didn’t take the time to do that. She showed up for each of the inspections and the walk through where she took copious notes and made sure all issues were addressed and resolved promptly. I highly recommend Karen as your agent.
