Karyn was amazing from the first contact. She was recommended by a close family friend, so I knew that I could rely on her. But the experience was even better that anticipated. She priced the house optimally to sell. Once an offer was received, Karyn took a reasonable approach to making a counter offer. She works in the best interest of the client. Karyn is maybe too accessible; some of my calls should hae gone to voice mail instead of her answering the phone.

I have recommended Karyn to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

Karyn Murphy did an excellent job. She is licensed in two states and that was not an issue. The home sold on the first day of listing for full price. She handled everything very professionally - listing price, staging pictures and communication with the buyer. Even though she works in two states, you wouldn't have known by the way it sold. I would definitely use her again! Great professionalism and she was there for me throughout the entire process.
