Inventory in Manhattan, Illinois has tightened in this rolling three-month view, with about 114 active listings and only 1.5 months of supply, down sharply from a year ago. At the same time, homes sold have increased more than 25 percent year over year, and pending sales are only slightly below last year, signaling steady buyer interest despite fewer new listings coming to market.
