I have been a real estate consultant since 2002 and have been awarded for my sales achievements each year. I represent properties throughout Boston, Brookline, Newton, Jamaica Plain, South Boston, Charlestown, Roslindale, Cambridge, Somerville, Dorchester, Roxbury, and East Boston. I am a Realtor®, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), International Luxury Homes Marketer (ILHM), and Loss Mitigation Certified (LMC) agent. I have successfully marketed properties throughout the greater Boston metro area, on average achieving 104% of the asking price for my clients in 2018, with sales taking 22 days or less. Over my career, I have sold more than 350 homes and achieved over $150 million in sales. Our team boasts over 27 cumulative years of real estate experience, more than $180 million in sales, and over 400 homes sold. We have also assisted landlords and tenants with thousands of rentals. As specialists for first-time buyers and sellers, we excel at educating and guiding clients through the process of selling or buying their first home.

Additionally, I am a Luxury Home specialist, providing red carpet service and results, particularly in the Asian market. Having moved between countries myself, I understand the challenges involved and am dedicated to helping the international community, especially those relocating from overseas to the Boston area. I also specialize in working with investors on multi-family buildings, drawing from my own experience as a landlord. Redesigning homes to either facilitate a quick sale or help buyers visualize their dream home is also a specialty service I provide.

Before entering real estate, I was a consultant in the technology industry, where I worked as a project manager and creative director for top-tier companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. I am a proud mother to my son, Gary, and currently live in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston.
