Kathy was refreshingly straight-to-the-point when it came to what I should include in an offer, what was reasonable etc and I needed that as a first time buyer.

I also enjoyed having a really accessible team (Kathy, Maura and Gerry) who were able to be contacted in multiple ways whenever I had a question :)

Kathy helped hold the deal together under difficult circumstances. The closing was delayed due to multiple issues and the buyer was considering withdrawing her offer.
