My husband and I found out abruptly in April that we had 6 weeks to move out of our apartment of 8 years. We had been planning to buy a home for quite some time but were in shock of the unforeseen circumstances and aggressive timeline. At the time the only thing working in our favor was that we were ready to buy financially and had discussed what we were looking for. She also didn't seem phased by our crazy timeline; the ease with which she approached our situation was calming and gave us enormous confidence to push forward. As first time homebuyers, Kathy helped us to execute our needs in a timely manner while managing our expectations. The process of buying or selling a home is a challenging one! Having hired Kathy Tully to sell our home was a great decision. She took on what felt like most of the burden and made the process a lot less stressful and made sure everything ran smoothly. She's very organized and comes w a lot of experience. She's also from the area and was very relatable to my husband and myself. Kathy sold us the home almost 10 years ago on the buyer side. We chose her to sell this home as she is a very thorough agent who follows up on everything and makes excellent recommendations. She has a certification in staging and her advice on that area was important in the sale of our home. She is very friendly and has a great ‘people’ personality which is important in dealing with potential buyers and agents. I highly recommend her.

Kathy's use of a professional photographer along with the video presentation software on the C21 site portrayed the house in the best possible light, combined with advanced sign placement with "Coming Soon", and that's why it sold so fast. Yes, we did a lot of work to get the house ready, but Kathy finished the process to get the best possible result. Kathy listens, is a true professional and acts as your advocate!
