Katie is AWESOME, it took 5 months and 3 tries to get a house, but she was there the whole time and at any time to help answer questions and or work on negotiations and other things. The first 2 houses fell thru but we kept looking and finally found one for me in the area I wanted. I live in New Jersey so a lot of the communication and help had to be virtual, this was no problem for Katie. All forms of communication (emails, texts, phone calls) worked to get the deal done. I will be recommending her to anyone I know who is looking for a place to live in the Columbus area.
