I would not recommend Katrina as a realtor based on my experience. Throughout our home purchase process, we felt that we had to take on much of the work ourselves. We researched and identified the property, gathered important information, and prepared much of the documentation needed to move the transaction forward.
Additionally, Katrina promised a commission kickback/rebate as part of our agreement, but that commitment was not fulfilled. This was extremely disappointing and left us feeling that our trust was not respected.
Overall, we were dissatisfied with the level of support, communication, and follow-through we received. Based on our experience, we would not choose to work with Katrina again.
