Kim worked well with us in every way. She understood what we wanted and delivered.

My initial conversation with Kim was very comforting after speaking with her. I told her what I was interested in and she said that meeting my interests were her main focus. She had an impressive knowledge of the area I was interested in buying a home. She was very respondent to my expectations and needs. Our business relationship throughout the journey of finding me a home was consistent to what she had committed to during our initial conversation.

I can't say enough good things about Kim. I came across a yard sign two years ago that had Kim's info on it. I called and from that day forward Kim was there to answer any questions and concerns that I had. During that time I still had to make some improvements to my credit and wasn't ready to purchase but that did not steer Kim away, in fact she encouraged me and stayed in contact with me until I was ready.

Kim stayed in communication with me for over two years and to me that said a lot about her. I knew she was the right agent for me. Kim will go above and beyond to find her clients the home of their dreams. During my home searching process Kim was nothing less than excellent.
