I had interviewed a few different realtors. I already knew of Kim Guillory from her neighborhood monthly news letters which listed homes for sale, pending and sold in and near my development. I so appreciated those letters, as not only did they give the specs on homes for comparison, but they also had many interesting and helpful topics that were discussed.

When I interviewed Kim, I found her sincere, professional and very trustworthy. We got along very well, she answered all my questions and concerns and stayed in touch with me during the month or so I was making my final decision to move forward. I also decided she would be my agent in purchasing my new home. She was always very respectful, even when my nerves got the best of me, She calmed my fears, she explained in detail things I wasn't understanding and I truly appreciated her being a friend to me. I cannot say enough good about Kim Guillory. She is professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. I would not have purchased my new home without her to help me see the benefit of owning vs renting - as well as her patience in looking at new construction with us. She knew the area, understood our needs and listened to our feedback on potential homes to prepare to show us more. She negotiated a great price and followed thru both before and after closing.

Kim Did and exceptional job

My wife and I had a wonderful and great experience with Kim Guillory in purchasing our new home and also renting the old one. She is a wonderful person, she made everything looks so easy even dealing with the mortgage broker and the home builder. without her we wouldn't be able to get the house we loved to have.

Kim helped me find another house after the sale of my previous home. Almost every day, she would send me a list of homes that were currently for sale within my price range.
