Kimberley Beaudry has a great knowledge of Windsor Hills. We received 3 offers the first day it was on the market! She guided us through each offer and gave us the pros and cons. Kimberley Beaudry helped us to sell our fist house, it was pretty fast and easy. She was very knowledgeable and had a good plan how to sell our house as soon as possible.

This os our second experience with Kimberley Beaudry, we bought a house, we sold the house and bought a new one with Kimberley. She is extremely knowledgeable, very accessible and understanding. She has great communication, she is wonderful agent who was easy to work with.

We were not easy clients. She helped to guide us from what we thought we wanted to something that is practical for us. I love her "mom mode" persona she took on to make sure we don't make any stupid finance ruining decisions. Even though my fiance and I had very different "wants" in a home, we were able to find our perfect house!

The process of closing on the house was such a smooth transition. She made sure we were well educated in the entire process... She really cares!

After my first property purchase with her 5 years ago it was never any question that I was going to work with Kim again!

We had given up on finding our dream property after COVID affected our income... because while the interest rates were amazing we no lon, and found something PERFECT that was well within our new (much more modest) budget! It was perfectly upgraded, TOTALLY our style, and well within budget! Plus it had just hit the market and the sellers were open to a really fast close - we were able to close in only 3 weeks and now we are in the process of getting my condo ready to sell!

She is not only a knowledgeable realtor but also honest, she worked with us to help us figure out what we could afford with the new restrictions and then continued to look until she found the perfect home for us.
