I have worked with Kim for over 14 years. Kim helped me find my first rental property when I first moved to Illinois and when it was time to find something else, she helped me find the next one. when I decided it was time to buy she helped me find the perfect place. She has always been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond. She was always available for my texts or my calls. Kim explained so many of the details of the entire process for me with all the new rules and regulations that have occurred overtime. She helped me to get the very best offer on my home. In fact, I had multiple offers of which to choose from. Kim was very helpful and I wish that she could help me in the state that I moved to, to help me find a new home. I'm sad to leave her behind in Illinois. I highly recommend Kim Thurm to anyone looking for a real estate broker. Kim is an excellent realtor and great to work with.
