Kim came recommended through a coworker who had worked with her. We were relocating to Alabama throughout the process and Kim handled everything! I mean everything! Roof needed a repair, she got quotes and got it scheduled. She handled viewing schedules, people locking the house the wrong way, just everything all while we were out out of state. She had out house under contract in under 2 weeks. There's not a single penny of closing costs we regret spending because of the services she provided us!
