Kristian has been nothing but stellar throughout our entire (very long) home-buying process. First and foremost, Kristian is very knowledgeable of the market and gives great advice. He is also very personable, and has great connections that helped us secure financing and find a great attorney. In this highly competitive market, Kristian was able to getting multiple of our offers accepted and even negotiate for credits back in contacts that had very little wiggle room. He has also been highly responsive and quick to answer texts and calls, even on the weekends and during evenings. We have a modest budget and specific timeline constraints. We had been working with Kristian for 8 total months and had to walk away from 2 contracts before finally closing on our home, but Kristian was never ever impatient or tried to rush us into anything we were uncomfortable with at any point in the process.
