Issues and know exactly where to find solutions. When we needed to be on the island and could not rent a vehicle, they lent us their truck for two weeks! Even after the close of escrow they continue to provide crucial timely information about the property we bought. They know everyone and put us in touch with key people in everything from landscaping to surveying, construction, the HOA and the planning department. They opened doors for us everywhere.
