They were great - listening to our wants and needs and and coming up with a complete tour of properties that met these needs and wants. They were super professional - our tour was organized and educational - and they are fun, too! They answered all our questions and followed up with emails giving us more details about life on Kauai. When looking for a broker, it was important to me to find someone that could understand what I was looking for, even when I wasn't sure. Since I live in Austin, it was almost a given I would end up needing to make an offer and potentially even purchasing something on Kauai sight unseen. My original plans had been to purchase in Poipu. After Kristin and John had spent time with my wife and I learning what we wanted in a condo and what we enjoy doing when on Kauai, they suggested Kapaa as a better location.

Kristin and John found a condo for us and after talking it through with them, we placed an offer and ultimately purchased a condo without seeing it prior to the offer. That's how much trust we have in them. It has proven to be the right decision and we've been EXCEEDINGLY pleased.

They represented another unit for a seller at HCR and were so nice when I requested info on the unit I was interested in. They could have really pushed to get me to buy the other unit and did not even ask to represent me , as a buyer. I had to ask them to please represent me because I was only interested in the other unit. They were an excellent team with a great moral code on conducting business.
