I mentioned previously, Lauren is truly a rare find in today's professional world. Not only is she extremely personable and intelligent, she has the sincerity and reassuring manner of someone that truly cares about what they do and how they can provide the very best service possible to the client. I always felt in control of the entire process even while knowing that she was providing the necessary guidance and support that I needed.

I called century 21 while in Southern California, looking for someone who could help me very last minute before I flew back to Portland.
I was so fortunate to have Lauren answer my call! She went above and beyond to help me. She met me at a property within 30 minutes of my call. For the next month, she continued to help me search for a mobile home in a 55+ park. I remember telling her several times that I felt bad she was spending so much time on me for such a minimal purchase.
That did not matter to Lauren. She worked so hard for me.
