Lauren went above and beyond when she sold my mom’s condo in Boca. We’re snow birds & as luck would have it the sale occurred just as we were getting ready to go back to New York. Lauren took care of everything & I mean everything. I was hoping the buyers would want the furniture which I decided to include in the sale but unfortunately they had their own furniture & time was limited so Lauren found a company that would take it all away at no cost. It’s a shame but some companies you have to pay just to take away anything. Lauren stayed until every last piece of furniture was taken & she did an amazing job with the entire sale. I highly recommend her & will use her again. She is very hands on, takes charge, confident & knowledgeable. The whole package as they say. She always goes above and beyond.

Lauren Kober I won the real estate agent lottery when I was recommended to Lauren Kober at Lang Realty. It's really nice to meet a real estate agent that knows the market and most importantly cares about you! She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. Lauren responded to all of my calls, emails and texts immediately. She made herself available 24/7 to answer all of my questions, she guided me throughout the process from start to closing. Lauren went above and beyond the call of duty. She was with me from start to closing. Her advice and guidance in discussing all the pros and cons is rare to find these days. If we came across any obstacles in the search, her positive approach conquered it and we moved on to find a better match for me. Her organizational skills were amazing too, completing all the essential paperwork on time. After the closing, Lauren continued to help with referrals to help me get organized in my new home.

I could not speak more highly of Lauren. I initially reached out to her when I was in the midst of searching for a winter rental in the Boynton/Delray area, and was having no success on my own. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and immediately got to searching. We were in communication daily, as she was keeping me updated on what was hitting the market, as well as responding thoroughly (and promptly!) to my excessive questions via email and text. I knew what I wanted, but really had no idea the best way to go about getting it. She educated me on all of the different buildings, timelines to keep in mind, possible roadblocks, considerations, and more. It really felt like we were teammates on the mission of securing this rental - and we did! I ended up in exactly what I was looking for: a 2 bedroom apartment, walking distance to the beach. She was so helpful every step of the way, and her genuine care was palpable.
