Lauren did an outstanding job. The first year I came to look at homes I had another realtor show me properties and explained my situation; the next year when I called she did not return my calls. I first dealt with Lauren about 2-2 1/2 years ago and she knew from the beginning I would not purchasing a home until I sold some of my rental homes. I asked Lauren to send me all the listings so I could be aware of what as available and prices; she did so during the entire time. I came two years to visit family and friends. Lauren took me to see homes each time I came. Since I was in Arizona, Lauren did many things that she normally would not have had to do: checked out the home for me, dealt with the other realtor and owner on the termite problems and things that showed up on the inspection, gave me info on utilities/etc, movers, the home owners' association, did the walk-through for me before closing and more. I came on March 19 with furniture, etc. for the home and was there two days. When I left, I forgot to put the AC on a higher setting; it was left on 70. I called Lauren and she went to the home to move it to a higher setting. Over the years, I have worked with quite a few realtors -- so, I do have others to compare Lauren to. She ranks with the one other realtor that was great and with whom I became good friends. I will recommend Lauren to anyone I know, who is looking for a realtor.

I think I said most of it previously but did think of another matter. On two different occasions, Lauren was out of town with her family (one was at Christmas -- forgot when the other one was). During that time, some things came up that I was not sure how to deal with. The first one was at Christmas; I hesitated but did call Lauren. She told me not to worry, what to do and she would handle things on her end. Something else came up happened during the second time she was out of town. Again, I called her. She was so nice, told me not to worry and that it was her job. She took care of the problem. Lauren is always happy, positive and works to have everything I wanted work out. She negotiated and got the price I asked for even though we both thought they may counter. Lauren worked with the other realtor and had all the inspection problems I noted fixed. She also worked with the Title Company on my behalf.

Lauren was a pleasure to work with and always upbeat! Never heard the word "no" from her.

For a younger woman, Lauren is quite skilled above her years. All the work she did for me -- she did with children and a husband, but that did not stop her from giving me excellent service.
