Laurie Callahan is outstanding. She will do any necessary research to make the sale or purchase of a property timely and beneficial. I have both purchased and sold property with her assistance. She is very accommodating and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable when we were looking at properties to purchase. I feel she goes above and beyond to make sure her client is happy.

In my opinion, Laurie Callahan is an outstanding realtor. We dealt with a strange series of events when the neighbor interfered with people who made the first offer, causing them to back out. They then tried to purchase the property at exactly the same offer made by the first buyers. I rejected their offer and asked Laurie to hold these intrusive neighbors to the original asking price, which she did. The pesky neighbors then bought it at the original asking price. What I really liked about Laurie Callahan is that 1) she wasn't the slightest bit pushy, 2) she kept me informed as to where we stood, and 3) most importantly, she listened. When I am ready to sell my other Florida properties, she will be my realtor regardless of where she is working.
