Before the house was listed, we discussed all aspects of the sale. Laurie was in constant communication by email and texting before, during, and after the sale of my house. There was never a time where I had any unanswered questions. She anticipated all of my concerns and was available whenever needed. I especially appreciated being able to frankly discuss advantages of offers presented and the types of mortgage loans they included. My husband and I were taken with her work ethic. Responding immediately when we needed some roof repair to sell .. I couldn’t find a roofer who was willing to do job and told Laurie about my problem, within a day Laurie contacted a fellow who came out.. did repairs for a reasonable rate .. After agreeing to do an Open House with Laurie at our home. At last minute I changed my mind and didn’t want open house .. Laurie was nonplussed and took my changing “plan” in stride, graciously assuring us it wasn’t a problem. She really was, beginning to end, fantastic!
