Laurie Callahan was attentive to my needs, she knew or found answers to ALL my questions. Even when the previous owners uprooted and removed property from my new purchase before leaving Laurie made it right by rectifying the situation. Hands down Laurie is an honest hard working women!!

When I first met Laurie, I just knew she was the right realtor for me. She came prepared and knew my property before arriving at the house. She was at least one step ahead of me on everything. Questions I might have and how to deal with issues even before listing the property. All in all, it was a lucrative, painless experience for me. I dreaded going through a sale but Laurie made it easy. House was under contract in less than 24 hours at full asking price.

She did a great job. Helped us through a failed purchase, seller backed out. Got right back to finding us a great home. Very patient and helpful. Very helpful after the closing as well with utilities. Cannot this of a better agent. We're actually using her right now to buy the lot next door. Didn't consider anyone else!

Excellent realtor. She sold our house in a timely manner and was always willing to message us whenever we needed anything. She went above and beyond what I think any other realtor would’ve been willing to do for us. She was instrumental in us closing on our house, after unforeseen issues arose. Would use her again, for sure. I know she cared about us getting the house we wanted, and not just because of her job, but she really wanted to see us happy.

Laurie Callahan literally saved us from losing our house! During the government shut down, our buyer’s funds were frozen as she was using a USDA loan. The seller of our current home was worried and Laurie really helped calm them down and keep them from backing out. She gave us great advice on how to handle the situation on our end and kept us up to date the entire time. We would’ve been a mess if she wouldn’t have helped fight for us! So incredibly grateful for her heart for her clients! She’s the best, so personable and kind. Laurie was amazing! It took us a while to find the perfect home for our family. Laurie was patient with us throughout the searching process. Once we found the perfect home for our family she worked hard to secure it for us. She went above and beyond when we needed some help pushing our loan agent forward to close the deal on time. She listened to our comments about each property and was very honest with her opinions about each property. We became impatient feeling we were never going to find what we wanted, but Laurie encouraged us not to settle for something she knew we just would not be happy with!
