Lena was off-the-charts exceptional. My property required a unique buyer, which she not only found, but were able to solicit multiple fair offers. Any buyers of my property were pretty much limited to builders, and they have an extensive contact list which they effectively leveraged. They also went above and beyond any reasonable efforts in getting the property ready for sale. You would have to be crazy not to use Lena. Seriously.
