For Buyers: I don't engage in upfront contract signings. I work to learn what is important to my buyers and to ensure they are aware of matters that an informed buyer should know regarding a specific property. I've been a Realtor since March 2014, and I have prior experience as a licensed real estate appraiser for 11 years in my own business. I am also the owner of three single-family residences and one duplex, and I have managed two properties as rentals. As a buyer's agent, I have experience negotiating offers and contracts in very competitive markets to get my clients' offers accepted on terms favorable to them.

For Sellers: Many preparations go into the design of a comprehensive marketing strategy for a property, such as understanding its value in the market, estimating the time it will take to sell, leveraging its most valuable attributes, and addressing the matters that are important to the seller. Resourcefulness in negotiations with buyers and buyer's agents is another important pillar of my service, along with providing professional-quality photography, videography, drone footage, ad copy design, marketing exposure, and a high level of customer service throughout the process. My mission is to provide a top-tier, effective marketing campaign.

Leo Swoyer was my agent when I bought my house in Golden, CO, and I chose him again to help me with the sale of a condominium in Lakewood, CO. He was meticulous about preparation and my condo sold for considerably more than I had expected. Leo is a true polymath: he has been a financial advisor, house flipper, property appraiser, classical guitarist; the list goes on. This makes him a great problem solver. We worked together to make the condo functional and beautiful, including painting, replacing flooring and building a new patio gate to replace the old broken one. Above all, Leo is a truly kind and caring person and an absolute pleasure to work with!

Leo was a HUGE help when we purchased our first house a few years ago. It was our first time looking at mountain properties and he made sure we felt comfortable and educated during our search. Leo made sure we understood everything about our contract when we were first time home buyers, and we had such a great experience with him, we decided to work with him when we were ready to upgrade to a new house and sell our first house. He was always very friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable about the entire process, even beyond his responsibilities. He made himself available at later hours after our kids were in bed. Leo went above and beyond our expectations.
