For Buyers: I don't engage in upfront contract signings. I work to learn what is important to my buyers and to ensure they are aware of matters that an informed buyer should know regarding a specific property. I've been a Realtor since March 2014, and I have prior experience as a licensed real estate appraiser for 11 years in my own business. I am also the owner of three single-family residences and one duplex, and I have managed two properties as rentals. As a buyer's agent, I have experience negotiating offers and contracts in very competitive markets to get my clients' offers accepted on terms favorable to them.

For Sellers: Many preparations go into the design of a comprehensive marketing strategy for a property, such as understanding its value in the market, estimating the time it will take to sell, leveraging its most valuable attributes, and addressing the matters that are important to the seller. Resourcefulness in negotiations with buyers and buyer's agents is another important pillar of my service, along with providing professional-quality photography, videography, drone footage, ad copy design, marketing exposure, and a high level of customer service throughout the process. My mission is to provide a top-tier, effective marketing campaign.
