Linda Martignetti was like a guardian angel for me. She was very courteous and professional but also guided me through the entire sale of our home down to reminders for the many deadlines and tasks involved. I have a little story to tell.When I finally decided to sell my home I was spending the winter in Pittsburgh taking care of a friend who was diagnosed with cancer in September.I never did get back to my house,I called Linda gave her the code to go in and survey the house.Three day latter my house was sold.All contracts were handled via computer and phone,Linda did an amazing job for me.I closed and the house was emptied on August 14,2019

I had contacted Linda in January and then decided not to sell she was very understanding and I appreciated how she handled my concern for not being ready to list my home

Lina was very patient with me since the beginning. Emailing Linda felt like texting her as she replies very quickly with feedback. She knows exactly when to make her move on a property so that you don't really waist your time. She goes deeper in her search to find very important info on properties. In my case, Linda did a research on a property and found out that it was in litigation, and advise not to proceed. I felt like Linda did way more than a realtor would do. One thing I have to say is that Linda even accept to reduce her fees (the % she would receive) in order to help me out more. She negotiate on the closing costs to have the seller pay a good portion of it. She referred to a couple great mortgage broker, great homeowners insurance companies, home security companies. And these great people provided excellent services. I was lucky and I am grateful to have found Linda about 2 years ago.
