Linda Martignetti sold our mother's condo years ago in a very short time, so we naturally turned to her when we decided to move out of our house. Fast-forward 5 years. The times had changed, and especially the interest rates! Selling our house turned out to be a little more challenging.

We appreciated Linda's suggestion of having a pre-inspection to show us the areas of the house which needed to be addressed so we would have far less issues when it came time to sell. This was a huge plus! It turned our attention to where our money needed to be placed to ensure a smooth sale, instead of just guessing at what inspectors would consider important. Linda's inspector was very thorough and as we addressed each item the pre-inspection presented, we knew we weren't wasting our time and money prepping the house for sale. After living there for nearly 25 years, you have a tendency to want to prep it "the way you always wanted it". That doesn't really send you in the right direction for a sale.

As a member of the Dave Ramsey ELP Network, Linda is required to provide guidance which includes teaching us - explaining and clarifying parts of the sales process we didn't understand. I do not think there was ever a time during the sale of our house that we didn't understand what was going on. Even if it was a source of frustration with potential buyers! Linda kept calmly explaining what the buyer's thought process might be, even in the face of our irritation with some of the buyer's behaviors! Linda has clearly seen it all before, and it was reassuring to hear her experience shine through. We would not hesitate to recommend Linda Martignetti if you are thinking of selling your house or condo!
